We have started working on the designs but are confused with the core functionality of the App.

As per what you mentioned: " This technology solution has been identified in response to the need for new and innovative ways to disseminate information through mobile applications. "

Our Question is: Can we get the link to the solution that you are talking about? So that we can study that and create a UX for that technology.

The solution is not live yet.

The core functionality is presenting Augmented Reality experiences (videos or 3D objects on top of a given marker - something like Pokemon GO app) or to execute given business logic when marker is recognized (redirect to website, create an API request, etc - something like QR scanner)

On top of the core functionality, we want to have designs for all other modern software features, such as authentication pages, about/contact, tutorial, settings, etc.
