One of our companies strategic objectives is growth by acquisition. Once the acquisitions are acquired, the IT team integrates the new acquisition into our companies infrastructure and application platforms. The goal of these slides would be to tell the story or journey of how they are acquired from Day 1 activities to full implementation across all functional silos into the mainstream support model. Another goal for the presentation and project is to illustrate a rapid deployment plan by month (or a 2 week cycle) of the workstreams that are active and being completed in that time frame.
