Brief de Design de Logo

I am a Realtor and although i work for a broker, I want to start branding my team.

* An Overview / Background of the Business & Services:
I am local Realtor in Santa Cruz, California. I help people purchase and sell properties. Most of my business is in residential properties. I have been helping people for over 15 years. This is my full time profession. I am an independent contractor and hang my license with Sereno Group Real Estate The local laws require that I display Sereno Groups Logo when I advertise, but I am also allowed to make a logo and branding for myself. J have a small team which consists of myself, my licensed assistant, and a transaction coordinator.

* The Target Market / Audience you are trying to reach
Almost all my business is repeat and referral business. In addition, Santa Cruz is a small community and I would like to create branding for me and my team that will start to set a consistent message throughout the area. It will also be a way for those who know me outside of the business world to recognize my name and call me when they have real estate needs. Or if someone is referred to me, I want they may recognize my name. . Santa Cruz is a laid back beach town. However, we are located very close to Silicon Valley, and there is a lot of wealth from Silicon Valley in Santa Cruz. Therefore I want my logo to be appealing to casual beach goers as well as the high wage earners in the Tech Industry

* Design Specifics; any preferences or ideas for Style, Colour, Imagery, etc
I like simple, clean designs. I want it to be friendly yet professional. I want it to be current enough with today's trends, but also time-less, something that I can use for 10-20 years. some kind of logo plus the words "Bloch Real Estate Team" Or "The Bloch Team" or "Bloch Real Estate" I want the logo to be able to stand on its on without the words, or if the words are interwoven into the logo, that it would be simple enough to stand on its own or you could take the words away and it would still look good. My last name is Bloch, which sounds like "Block". There may be an interesting way use a "block" in the logo, but not a requirement.
