Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new wedding venue which is in a converted stunning 18th century watermill over the River Avon in the UK. The logo needs to say 'Sopley Mill' and have the option of adding text 'weddings and private parties' when we use it on different promotional material. The logo should be text only (or a very small graphic as part of the text). The logo needs to reflect the luxury side of the Mill. The logo shouldn't have any wedding elements to it. It needs to be contemporary /classic in look
