Brief de Design de Papeterie

Holder Properties is a commercial real estate development company based in the United States. We develop high-end office buildings and student housing apartments. We have a new logo and need to update all of our stationary items and business cards. We would like the design to be clean and professional. Our logo and color information is attached. Our logo MUST be in full color and not as white. It is preferred that the logo is on a white background.

Items needed:
1. Business card - Leaning towards doing just a one side business card in a thicker paper. Include - logo, name - John R. Holder, Title - Chairman & CEO, 3300 Cumberland Blvd. Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30339 - Cell number 404.451.####, Office 770.988.31## email@holderproperties.com; www.holderproperties.com.

2. Letterhead - Standard 8.5 by 11 paper. We do have a smaller size for the CEO that is 7.25 by 10.5 that is just a mirror of the letterhead except with his name (John R. Holder) and title (Chariman & CEO) listed at the top in the header. Letthead needs address, phone number and website, plus logo. *Prepared such that we can either implement as a Google Document template or professionally print.

3. Legal sized envelope - #10 envelope - which measures 4 1/8" by 9 1/2". We also use the same size envelope with a window. Need logo and address. A photo of the old envelope style is attached.

4. 9" x 12" Pocket folder - Need a design that can also be split to be a cover page and back - We use the cover pages in spiral binding machine, so we need to leave room on the left for that. One of the pockets should hold a business card. Include logo, address, phone, website. Also if text is needed, we could say development / leasing / property management.

5. Shipping label - 3 1/3" x 4" inches and 6 per page. Just need logo and address listed at top of the label and white space at bottom.
