Brief de Design Graphique

I am looking for a phone case design to be used for commercial purposes. I want a simple design where the background is a plain colour (yellow, black, white, light blue) with an animated dog. For this project, I'd like a pug, and I want the pug to look animated but still realistic and have a real pug's features. I don't want to include the pug's whole body, I want the focus to be the head with only a little bit of the rest of the body. I want the pug to be at the bottom centre of the phone case. Important to note that I want the pug's head to be small, I don't want it to cover a whole lot of the phone case. I'd like the pug to look funny in some way (ie. wearing sunglasses or sticking its tongue out. Feel free to get creative with this - think "Doug the Pug," I've uploaded pictures of him if you're not sure who that is).The final design should be simple and creative. I've uploaded some files for inspiration.
