Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a new financial services company based in Hawaii called "Innovative Financial Group" that will appeal to a national or global market. We plan to use the logo across multiple subsidiary companies each providing a different "Financial Service". main subsidiaries that will be using this logo in the immediate future will be an Insurance agency, and a financial advisory company. Our mission is to help our customers build a successful financial future through modern planning and financial products. we want to accomplish this by building a company of mission driven individuals who care about the the client and have their best interest in mind.
the logo should reflect a sense of integrity and innovation. I would like to see a logo using green and/or blue theme. we Plan to use the acronym "IFG" as a common naming theme across the subsidiaries. We are not looking for Palm tree designs or bar graph themes.
