Brief de Design de Logo

I am creating my own company having 4 products : 1. Consultant in People and Organization for companies, 2. advice to executives, CEO, leadership teams 3. Coaching for individual 4. Team coaching. Based in France, Aix en Provence, need a logo to support the mindset of "Engaging in Dialogue That Generates Possibilities and Pathways " to partner with executives and top organizations in the world helping enhance trust, collaboration, and performance. The style is trust based and relational coaching to help people discover treasures and resources in themselves to grow and have more impact, to realise their dreams. Have more than 10 years of coaching and certified as Relational coach from Ashridge in the UK

name of the company "People and Organization Consulting & Coaching", ("People and Organization" on top line and underneath "Consulting & Coaching") when I think about colours, next to black, I think about bright orange that gives the warmth of the sun (the style of coaching is relational, based on trusted dialogues and trusted environment. It also represents the blend of red and yellow of the Shell logo where I spent more than 20 years) and deep blue as the sky (it also remembers the last company I worked for Bekaert) that gives the idea of"blue sky" used in mindfulness and coaching (there is always blue sky above the clouds, always good news above the little worries) and also a colour that represents thinking, analytical, solid solutions. As I live close to a mountain named St Victoire (see uploaded pictures : note the logo is only for example as might be copyrighted ) was wondering if the shape (not the mountain itself) would be an inspiration within the logo as it is a bout better performance, impact, development , growing like climbing a mountain .
