Brief de Design de Logo

Malleable Mind is a performance psychology consultancy. We exist to help people, teams, organisations and businesses to reach their full potential, through assisting them to harness mental skills and psychological flexibility. We achieve this by bringing evidence based psychology into applied settings, making it accessible, applicable and relevant.
With expertise in areas including psychology and neuroscience we understand that the physical human brain and psychological mind are not fixed but rather can change, grow and evolve throughout our lives and we can learn to harness this capacity for adaptive change - hence the name of the company - Malleable Mind.
We enable and support the development of high performance for individuals, teams, organisations and businesses developing skills in areas such as stress management, communication, effective decision making, leadership development, creative thinking and innovation, organisational and team culture, change management, elite sport performance, effective goal setting, developing trust, building confidence and self-esteem, values centred behaviour and emotional intelligence amongst other areas.
We work with a wide range of clients in a variety of fields, including emergency services, elite sport, professional services (law, banking etc), universities and construction. This is not an exhaustive list but rather common client areas.
We also coach and mentor individuals and groups on their personal and professional development - tackling issues such as effective decision making, team conflict and communication through to managing stress and anxiety, building self-confidence and self-esteem.
The final design should communicate growth, empowerment, development and high performance.
