Brief de Design de Logo

We need a creative, modern, professional logo design for a young real estate brokerage/property management company. The company name is Craft Realty. I would play around with the concept of just using the word Craft with a tagline near, around, or underneath the company name (aka Craft with the words Real Estate Advisors underneath it. Or Craft Realty and then the tagline "Aquire. Manage. Thrive." or something in that realm. I do not want houses, buildings, or keys in the logo. If it is going to resemble a building or a real estate object, I prefer it to be abstract. I like abstract shapes or sharp lines with no shapes. We focus on commercial real estate, rentals, and property management, so we want to appeal to the business savvy clientele, but make it clear that we are tech savvy, unique, and professionals. We would like to see color concepts that have a neutral base with a pop of one unique color (potentially turquoise/green and grey, or yellow and grey). The final design should communicate real estate meets startup/tech company (half modern/artsy and half professional/business forward). Play around with the font, as that is the most important aspect of the logo to us. We don't want it to be aggressive or too bold, but we want a masculine feel to it. I wouldn't mind the use of script with a mix of modern sleek wording for the tagline. I also like the idea of using the letter C or CR to be able to breakaway from the logo similar to the fithouse logo (instead of using an abstract shape).
