Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design which can be used to produce signage on our building, packaging (bags/boxes/etc.), t-shirts, etc.
We are a boutique wine, gourmet food and cheese shop located in an affluent suburb of Austin, Texas. We are located near the Texas Hill Country Wine Trail and anticipate that many guests will stop on their way to or from the wine trail. Many of the wines and cheeses we sell are European in origin and therefore our logo should have a "European" feel to it. We will have a small wine bar and will conduct wine education classes in the shop.
Somm will also be a wholesale company selling cheese to area businesses and we will also be involved in wine education classes. We are affiliated with an established restaurant in the area, Epicure. Epicure was named after the Greek philosopher Epicurus and "Epicure" has come to mean one who loves good food and drink in the company of friends. In the restaurant as in the new wine shop, we have developed a reputation for strong wine knowledge. "Somm" is an abbreviation of "Sommelier."
We will offer a selection of over three hundred hand-picked wines sourced from all over the world, seventy five cheeses which are not otherwise available in the area and three dozen charcuterie items. We offer product at value, elevated and high-end price points. Ours is a guided experience. Our staff is very well versed in all the products we sell and we have an outstanding reputation in our trade area.
