Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo designed for a new Hairdressing Salon based in New Zealand. The company is called "PRUE" with "Prue Hair Design" as the trading name. The Urban Dictionary's definition for Prue is - "Prue is a beautiful independent woman, she's a strong leader. Prue likes to take charge and is very wise and brave."
I was thinking the logo should look good both on a website and in print, so it should probably use basic colours (fewer the better). Finally, the logo needs to appear slightly feminine, but not too frilly. Thanks in advance.
