EVAREST in Germany based on the logo, see enclosed (EVAREST is the acronym based on the full German project title). The project deals with the production and utilization of data products in food production by means of smart analytics services. Food producers must be able to set up new additional business models. Instead of using data in single-entity, data-aggregated, extended, managed and traded in a global manner between companies, data analysts, etc. We want to use AI technologies as all open, decentralized technical platform approaches for generating, exchanging and trading data products.
