Brief de Design de Carte de Visite

Would like to use a tag line for my company, Colorado Deeds LLC (Right now I use Colorado Deeds - For Real Estate Needs). I you have a more creative tag line it can be used because this is a new company.
We focus on Investment Acquisition Deals; Provide Custom Marketing Strategies for Sellers; Provide Pre Listinging Value Opportunities for Buyers.
Would like a call to action, but I do not want it to look too cluttered
I would like space to be available for writing on.
I prefer vertical business cards, but it could be horizontal on one or both sides. In fact if you can create a shape other than rectangle or a cut in the rectangle that makes it memorable, relevant to real estate, yet practical...(it will be kept) that would be of value.
If you have experience with business cards please feel free to suggest the paper type, size.

The challenge is to incorporate a logo design of the Managing Brokerage Company, Broker's Guild, and try to brand my company, ColoradoDeeds LLC. ColoradoDeeds LLC could work under another managing broker but the services and contact information would remain the same.

• Real estate company named Colorado Deeds has to incorporate the logo of the managing broker company, Brokers Guild (see attached) into design of business card. (It is not a design for a logo I prefer but I need to use it. Size does not matter).
• Must also have my name, phone number and email address. (No website address yet)
• Just a few of the services we provide include
• We facilitate Investment Acquisition Deals; Provide Custom Marketing Strategies for Sellers; Provide Pre Listinging Value Opportunities for Buyers.

• Would like to use a tag line for my company, Colorado Deeds LLC (Right now I use Colorado Deeds - For Real Estate Needs). If you have a more creative tag line it can be used because this is a new company.
• Space to write information on, so they keep the card such as an appointment time to sit down and determine their needs
• A call to action maybe after the services? Or on the back of the card where it is blank.
• Colorado Deeds does not have a logo, If you think a logo for Brokers Guild and a logo for ColoradoDeeds LLC can work, then please incorporate it into the business card.
