Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new "mature" and "active adult" (primarily 55 and better) apartment community in Glenarden, MD. Most residents will be from the area and downsizing to remain close to kids/grandchildren, with the luxury of adjacent shopping and dining, highway access, Metro transit, proximity to MGM National Harbor Casino, museums, etc. Larger units to accommodate those down-sizing, highly amenitized and very social for those looking to be connected to their neighbors. Customer will be accomplished and well-earned. Balanced life with faith, family and work, a respected person in his/her community. Unit count 160, five-story, elevator access. Surface parked with central clubhouse to connect both buildings. Resident's Club, 24-hr fitness, game room with billiards, sitting room with fireplace, etc.
