Brief de Design de Logo

Please see attached for the logo of my other club called Elite Bloggers Guild.

I want the look of my logo to have the same look and feel as this because it will be a sister club.

I've attached a royal crest (coat of arms / shield) design with a blank design inside the shield and a separate picture of a bull killing a bear. That's one design idea that I think might work well for the type of club I'm making (investing: stock market), so maybe try playing around with that concept.

It has to be elegant, royal, powerful, elite, and convey wealth and prestige.

It cannot be cartoony, or childish, or look cheap. This is a royal emblem/crest that should convey wealth and prestige to members who join.
