I guaranteed it yesterday. Then I spoke with a customer rep about the lack of participation and he suggested that I increase the budget by $200. I did so just now, but asked that he remove the guarantee until I see that there is enough participation - and enough good designs - to feel comfortable that the contest will be successful. When I see that I will put the guarantee back in place.

Looking forward to your submission. I just increased the budget by $200.
