Brief de Design Icône

We are running a non-for-profit, academic project in Rwanda. We have developed an Android mobile app for diabetic patients, which will allow them to get notifications of appointments & educational material, and monitor their condition.We are looking for an icon for our app, which can be appealing to patients of different literacy levels. To facilitate this very important point, we would like to encourage you to think of an icon that conveys the message "assist me" / "support me" / "care for me & my illness".
