Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a flat logo & singular Icon/symbol that is modern & minimal in design and can be overlaid onto different backgrounds. It is very important that the logo is simple and comes in two colour versions black and white. I would like the logo to include the business name & a symbol to build the brand on. The symbol should have more to do with gratitude and should not depict anything scientific.
