Please do not miss the important part of the brief for this project, the  NEW logo MUST HAVE BOTH OF THE OLD LOGOS I HAVE SUPPLIED WITHIN IT, AROUND IT, IN THE BACKGROUND, IN THE FOREGROUND, NOT VERY VISIBLE, VERY VISIBLE, its all up to you, BUT the new logo design HAS to include the Blooloop logo and the Super Auctions logo, which I supplied, otherwise the target market has no idea who they are dealing with, each company has its own clients and are introducing ALL the clients together by forming this exclusive marketing arrangement. Also if you want, you can change wording that makes it clear that their is a exclusive relationship regarding international marketing, ( this is to have competitive advantage over competitors of both companies)

JUST BUILD YOUR LOGO THAT INCORPORATES THEM SOMEHOW AND ANY WORDING THAT SHOWS EXCLUSIVE MARKETING PARTNERSHIP  or your own idea, the LOGO is what I am after...can fix the wording later if need to be......

I think this will help all designers...my team has came up with a shorter version of what needs to be said in the wording describing the exclusiveness of the arrangement, EXCLUSIVE MARKETING ALLIANCE, or EXCLUSIVE INTERNATIONAL MARKETING ALLIANCE......could be like a seal of endorsement, if that helps in any of your designs
