Usually we have a prize of $150 (less 15% Dcrowd fees) for 1 cover not 1 cover + 13 pages (at the end this means $ 9,10 per page...) Not a teaser indeed.
I dont know what to suggest. I am out because i usually don make interior page design, but you will find a designer for sure.
