Brief de Design de Logo

I would like to have a logo designed for my new roofing company. I sketched an example which is attached, but I am open to other ideas. I would like something clean and professional looking. I don't want anything that looks like a cartoon, but I do want it to somehow imply that we are a roofing company. The photo of the "Phoenix" business card is an example of colors I like. I would say to use the darker gray colors for the roof and dormer outline, and the lighter grays for the shingle lines and the gold colors for the text. I am also open to other ideas.
