Brief de Design Illustration

UPDATED PROJECT, PLEASE READ!!
We have a unique tool for leaders in the workplace. It is a card deck where people draw one card that assigns a task to be completed that week. They practice developing skills that will improve their capacity for leadership.
We are going to stay with the original back of the card but still need a new front. Please see the attached back in "Leadership Back.jpg". The front needs to be 5 inches tall and 3.5 inches wide as well. Must be done in CMYK for printing. The 'Act Bold" file is how the front use to be set up but now it is needing to accommodate the description not just the title. We added an example of the text the front would need to accomodate, see TextSmile.pdf. And please see examples entitled "Affection" which is the example of the front of another deck... the format of the front should be the same as this deck but the design should match the leadership back. Not looking for exactly the same front as the original, please be creative and don't hesitate to ask questions.
