Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new initiative we're spearheading: https://www.ukbaa.org.uk/angelhubs/Our core branding is too playful and orange and I'd like to go for darker palette and more corporate in style. We need a logo which works on a white background but also looks good when white and placed on an image.We'll need versions which can facilitate an 'In partnership with' attached to it (so that a partner logo can be added) and a logo which is just 'Angel Hub' and no 's'.I've attached our previous logo just as an idea and also an image we're going to use as our main website banner too.
