Brief de Design Graphique

Using provided floor plan, remove unnecessary markings and add color (inside and out) including navigation markings, furniture and landscaping in the creation of an advertisement worthy floor plan. This item will be printed and given to prospective customers and is designed to beautifully captivate them in the quality of living they receive when renting a room in our facility. This item will be used in print and digital media. The first print project (next peace needed) will be in a flyer and will need to be designed with side column area that is designated for notes that apply to the customer and can be hand written during a sales presentation. We will this material by circling the room of interest and then making notes on cost, move-in date and other. Two files are provided. One is clean for creating final work and the other has notes, comments, and changes needed in addition to design work being requested.
