Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my new consulting company, Smart Matter. The tagline is "Smart work on things that matter." I help start-up companies in areas like market validation, product development and sales/marketing strategy. I specialize in using great data and experiments to help people maximize their value and resources or pivot to a new product idea. The final logo design should communicate forward movement or pivoting. Also a certain degree of professionalism, yet modern. Half of my clients are tech start-ups who have had moderate success and are looking to pivot to something new.

Not tied to using Smart Matter as two words...could be camel-backed as in SmartMatter or smartmatter...or some other way that people way more creative than I can come up with. Thanks for your help!

I am liking the designs that are using blues and oranges, or using black with one of those bolder colors as an accent.  

Would love to see someone do a very simple lightbulb in black with an upward arrow in it or incorporated into it somehow, with the arrow a brighter splash of color.  

Very excited by the submissions so far, I look forward to seeing submissions from some of the new designers who accepted my invite.

As an update to all - I like less of the blocky, futuristic, sci-fi looking fonts.  Something more rounded and professional looking.  

Also, abstract artwork is okay IF it has a meaning.  If you provide something abstract, please provide a comment about why you feel it ties into my brief.  Otherwise, I prefer simpler, more recognizable artwork.  Thank you!
