Brief de Design de Logo

In need of a logo for my real estate company. Company consists of real estate agents and brokers representing buyers and sellers for real estate purposes. Business is located in South Carolina. Name of the company is Crescent Realty, LLC. The palm tree and crescent moon is our state symbol. Company is based out of Myrtle Beach which is obviously on the beach. Looking for design proposals for logo which would reflect geographic region, the real estate industry (homes, keys, families), area geographic identifiers and the palm tree and crescent moon somehow placed in the logo. Logo should elicit confidence, trust, and feelings of diligence in our representation. Sales would be on the coast of South Carolina. In our particular area, we have both a beautiful beach and also beautiful inlet scenes (marshs with large oak trees). Pictures of the area are on my other website www.sclawyers.net.
