Brief de Design de Logo

Need a logo design for my new film production company. It is female owned & operated. Apidae is the latin family name for bees. Bees colonies are female run (a queen & workers), hence the name of my company. I do not want anything childlike or cartoonish or too on the nose literal. My style is more sophisticated, mature, abstract, clean, feminine, modern. It should feel professional & polished. I am open to color schemes but nothing too flashy. Of course typical bee colors would be considered. This will be on my website & social media & any future correspondence.
