Hi! I'm afraid to tell you that you can't get a fully developed mobile app here and on that amount. You can only get designs and not the actual app. Maybe some designers here have the capability to develop one but I guess most of us can only provide designs for your app. And it states very clearly on the project brief that you only want an app design. You should do a research on what is the standard price for an app design.

Please revise project budget to $800.00 - $1000.00 if you are looking to engage professional UI/UX designers

Also, if you are looking to have a fully developed application for Android/iOS platforms - tentative cost would be $6000.00 - $8000.00

Can you change „2.5 star rating in the app category“ requirement i have something nice for this :)
