Brief de Design de Logo

This is a company set up for medical education initially in orthopaedic surgery but then rolling across specialties including med school and A levels specifically focusing on VIVA (Oral) exams giving people the confidence to speak, the key words and strategies to tackle these oral exams. It will be producing courses, funky dynamic teaching videos. I want the logo to be striking and memorable but no stethoscopes or ECG or speech bubbles. • Must be bold and recognisable. I want to emphasise the speaking aspect of the company. My website is www.letstalkdr.com and I am the let's talk Dr but I'm also telling my customers 'let's talk!... Im open minded but don't really want stethoscopes or ECG as its too clichéd.
• Please check my reference pictures

Bien d'avoir

• One idea I had was to have a silhouette of me or me in abstract psychedelic colours with hands waving in. The background like a motivational speaker see reference below but with the mics. I don't know if this would translate well in a logo but a similar logo was used for the ACM GOSPEL CHOIR which is quite effective.
