Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a learning and development academy for the Manufacturing function of a Pharmaceutical company. The manufacturing function name is "Product Supply". The academy name is "Learn and Grow".
The aim of this academy is to provide leadership offerings to our people managers and also address the qualification/training of our shopfloor employees via several enablers (lean academy, coaching academy, Ferring Production System, internal trainers network, etc.). See attached powerpoint slide.
Consider the Ferring pharmaceuticals colors and corporate styles, but feel free to be creative. Keep the words engaging and empowering in mind.
The final design should
- communicate learning and development in the Product Supply environment
- consider that we are in the pharmaceutical industry ?
- should provide a design that can then be declined to other sub entities (Lean Academy, coaching academy)
- should provide a common visual that makes it recognizable as a "family of logos"
