Brief de Design Graphique

We are a group of 10 close mates who each own our individual boats. We call our team "The Dirty Rats" and we need a flag for our modern day group of drinking and boating pirates.
We enjoy all things drinking, pranking, Boating, Fishtailing (spraying sea water with an upturned boat engine at each others boats - see attached image) and anything lariken and debaucherous.

The flag must include our Dirty Rat as an emblem, this can be animated, comedic and charismatic. We also like a pirate/nautical theme with the inclusion of parchment paper (like that of a treasure map) as background - see attachments.

We have a boating event coming up soon where we set sail for Rottnest Island, Western Australia - So if this map could be incoporated into the flag somehow that is a leading bonus - see attachment.

Each of the Ten members has a Rat name:
a. Uber Rat
b. Count Rat
c. Digger Rat
d. Hammer Rat
e. Rug Rat
f. Macca Rat
g. Town Rat
h. Chippy Rat
i. Shadow Rat
j. Tunnel Rat
if these are included around the flag in some original and appealing way that will be a major selling point.

As you can tell, we do not take ourselves too seriously, so neither does your FLAG design have to - it can be comical and colourful, but still not too childish or amateur. A competitors flag has been attached for artistic reference and understanding of rough layouts.
