Brief de Design Publicitaire

I need a relatively simple ad that is a color 4.75" w X 6" h PDF. I am attaching a poorly designed sample that I put together with the appropriate text, our branding guidelines, and a sample of a more polished ad (not ours) that appeared in the same publication for reference. I am also attaching our logo file and a couple of possible photos. We can include one photo or no photo, but not two photos. If you would like some other photo options please let me know.
