Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in San Ramon, CA called "The Salt". The company is focused on evolving the "The Salt" into a well known restauranteur. Our first location will be in San Ramon, in a upscale neighborhood. The restaurant will feature a open bar lounge, with 120 seating for fine dining. The food is inspired by Indian cuisine, with a modern twist and taste of soul food.
Our mission is to delight customers with food made with passion, freshest organic ingredients, and deliver a taste that can touch your soul. "The Salt" was chosen because it is simple and core ingredient, yet tantalizing for food taste.
What we need:
1) we need logo that can represent the "The Salt" as a brand in restaurant world.
2) Design for logo and name combined together
3) Design for logo, Name and Tag line combined together - Name: "THE SALT", Tagline: "Tantalizing Indian"

I generally like shimmering gold with black back ground. However, i would encourage the designer to experiment with colors.
