Copyrightforever.com (site can be accessed) is a website that will enable artists, photographers, writers, sculptors, musicians and other creative persons of all media to register their works of authorship with the U.S. Library of Congress, Copyright Office, for a nominal fee of $99 plus filing fees (in most cases). The high points of marketing are (1) every application is reviewed by a lawyer and (2) the entire copyright process is monitored, as part of the service fee. There are 8 categories of copyrightability:
Literary Works
Dramatic Works
Musical Works
Sound Recordings
Motion Pictures
Choreographic and Pantomime Works
Photographs, Paintings and Sculptures
Architectural Works
Please look at the existing site; provide a better landing page than currently exists. In particular, the logo is in need of serious improvement. We would like it to be bright and sunny; visually pleasant and witty; and clever but not "doctoral" in presentation. Thank you for your participation.
