Brief de Design de Logo

I have recently started my construction company, called Neelz Contracting. I have some existing logos that I came up with and currently using( I will attach current logo design), but I was looking for something a bit more catchy and something that made my logo stand out to the rest of the competition. I was getting ready to launch website and need some new cards made, so I am trying to finalize a logo design that can be presented on all. I am a construction company based out of south florida and always thinking of a tropical look to logo, some palm trees or a beach present. My current logo is black and white and I would like to integrate some color into it. I've always had a idea in my head to take the company name and somehow integrate a modern house and roof structure silhouette around the name to accentuate. Open to creative suggestions
