Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a new logo for my real estate business that is located in Kansas City, MO. We buy distressed homes from motivated sellers. No matter the condition, situation, or price, we will buy it.I had one created not to long ago. But I am not 100% satisfied with it. I like the idea of it, i think it just needs a little updating. I have uploaded a vector file that you can work fromI would then like to use the logo you create for business cards and a website. Depending how well this goes there is a great chance i will hire you for this.
