I have started working on the project.

Need certain details/ Clarifications:
1. The closed size of the brochure. Would it be an A4 size brochure or a US Letter size? (i.e., the size of the cover page)

2. I understand that this brochure's target is communicating your target customers, the reasons for change (rebranding) or the value that the new brand would bring onto the table. I also understand that it would be a subtle way to market your area of expertise and team as well. My question is, can I use the bullet points from the file CLARK.LAW Name Change Monday, 17 September 2018 15_19_25.pdf, and do away with the detailed explanation, and devote a full page to your team bio?

3. Can we not use any stock imagery, get a minimalist brochure?
