Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for my daughter's bat mitzvah. She is a 12 year old girl and her last name is Ray, so her theme is "Rayz the Roof". Her colors are turquoise, gold and silver although it can just be a turquoise logo. We are looking for something that can go on decor and party favors. If room allows, as a smaller size or on the bottom add in the date "11.10.18" and if there is more room, add her name "Sammie". We are looking for something that is edgy but still is for a girl. It should communicate fun and a party.

Some thought -starters...
1. just the name in an edgy, hip hop type font
2. It would be great if somehow it could portray the idea of raising the roof (like hands up and party-ing). We do NOT want a slanted roof like a house. The R being used for both Rayz and Roof and "the" smaller and the R looks like it's putting it's hands up.
3. It can feature confetti --- maybe the confetti is falling from above to make the words.
4. It can feature a star (that is part of her theme).

It should look good small on a t-shirt corner or on the whole t-shirt.
