Brief de Design de Flyer

FCT Friction Fest 2018

We are looking to implement a new Innovation program that uses the Adobe KickBox concept. Team Members will receive a red box that contains a set of 20 flash cards that help them to bring an innovative idea to life (based on a business problem or friction point).
We are looking to create a cover page for our 'Red Box' via way of a 1 page flyer.
We want to call it the 'FCT Friction Fest 2018'. We would like the 1 page flyer to look super cool and also have some kind of cool cartoon imagery to bring it to life.
We also want to incorporate our logo into the page somewhere as well.

Ideally, we'd also like to get a logo called 'Friction Fest' that we could use on some of our collateral as well. I thought it might be best to create the 1 pager flyer first, then we could look to pull a Friction Fest logo off that. Please let me know though whether it would be easier to create the logo first, then create the flyer).

Flight Centre Technology are a support business to Flight Centre Travel Group which is the largest travel retailer in Australia. Our IT area has around 150 permanent team members. We have a fun culture and can push the boundaries with our imagery as the flyer will be for internal distribution only.

I have attached the Adobe Flash cards that this 1 pager will be the cover page for.
