Amoh Group is a private (Holding) limited liability company incorporated under the Companies Code, 1963 (Act 179) in November, 2013 to following the speedy growth in numbers of its current subsidiaries which has been founded several years ago with an emerging force to become one of the largest and a leading diversified business in industrial Conglomerates in Africa.

The Group which is 100% wholly owned indigenous Ghanaian Company focuses on provision of local, value-added products and services that meet the needs of the African population. The Group is headquartered in Accra, Ghana with interests across a range of sectors in Africa.

We are currently into Food & Beverage, Real Estate Development, Transportation, Health Care, Consumer Products Distribution, Agro Processing, Manufacturing, ICT, Exports & Import, and still counting.

In the next 3 years, we shall announce our ambitions to enter Ghana's largest Oil and Gas industry, playing a strategic role in the petroleum sector with strategic alliances, and help build Ghana's biggest and most important Energy sector in the country.

Inspired by billionaires Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, and Aliko Dangote, Amoh Group (Amoh Foundation) is committed to making a name for itself on the philanthropic circuit and has given away privately and still given to the cause to the needy in the society and some specific social causes in Ghana.

The company is managed by a 5 member board and a 2 member advisory experts who are non-board members.

The company has a vision, mission and it is guided by its core values.

We would like to see a designs that is very professional and looks corporate and can attract investors and partners. It must communicate financial safety and growth and must reflect our logo colors.
