Ori—im confused! Why do I have to pay again? I already paid for a design and just asked for a final edit. In my understanding, I paid for a file that has the final text and that design only. I just can’t access that file because you posted the edit my as an edit, but as a new file. Please clarify how to reverse that. I can’t pay for another design at this point and fully expected that the edit I made was included in the design package for which I paid. I will also write to customer service if this cannot be clarified or reversed by you. Ha k you!!
