Brief de Design de Logo
I need a logo for my new recruitment business based in London. I specialise in recruiting talented people for Startups, investment backed and high growth businesses operating in the Technology, Digital, Media and Entertainment sectors.
I will be marketing my services to businesses based in the UK creative clusters initially and later in 2014 I will be working with businesses and professionals all around the global Startup ecosystem, like Silicon Valley, LA, NY, Sao Paulo, Singapore, Berlin, Banaglore, Paris etc etc.
I will be aligning myself with other professionals in the startup community, for example, Venture Capitalists, Entrepreneurs and Lawyers.
One of my goals is to help close the technology and digital skills gap that exists around the world by promoting careers with start up businesses so it is important that my branding does not have a cold corporate feel beacuse i'm attracting candidates that want an alternative career to the traditional corporate company offering. However my logo needs to look professional enough to be taken seriously by my peers and credible enough for global collaboration and of course be accepted into the 'Startup Community'.

Although I really love the lightbulb i'm worried it looked to much with my logo and strapline style idea. I'm also concerned this looks too amateur?
Anyway, im getting too personal with this now and really need some professional advice please.

Hi everyone, thank you all so much for your fantastic designs. This process has now helped me to make the decision that I should probably loose the lightbulb
and stick with company name and strapline. However, I need 2 versions for my marketing materials;
1. Just company name logo
2. Company name and strapline as logo.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: My brand vision has evolved since seeing the wonderful submissions, it has made me completely re-evaluate my initial ideas, I no longer think my ideas are the correct way forward, and therefore I would like to give my designers 1 more day to perfect my brand. Thank you very much for your hard work.
