Brief de Design de Logo

We are a company (Name: Ohoo Solutions) developing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System with advanced capabilities on technology.

The output required are as follows
1. Logo (Necessary format that can be used in Artwork and Website)
2. A Header Banner that can be used for the website (HTML)
3. Color Shade which can be used as the theme for the website (A sample layout of the first page of the website in a GIF format - that can be used for the website design)
4. Powerpoint template (.potx file) matching the color scheme and Logo

Need to have the Logo of the company with "Ohoo" featuring in some way. Also the theme of the logo should be reflecting ERP and Artificial intelligence. The caption will be "Entelligence made Simple". Entelligence is derived from Enterprise + Intelligence.

To give an example one of our other website http://www.smaple.com can be referred. On the left there is a logo and right there is a caption. Not necessarily it has to follow the same pattern - just to give an idea we referred our other website.

We are looking for Blue or Green shades for the theme. Blue is the first preference. Green is also OK, if it is lighter shade.
