Brief de Design de Logo

I’m just starting a career in real estate in the Cayman Islands in the Northwest Caribbean. I also have a video production company and a community tv channel (caymanlife.ky) I’d like a logo that is modern and fresh but also is connected to the island and works with the Coldwell Banker branding. My new domain is mycaymanlife.com. The silver thatch palm is our national tree, blue iguana and Banana orchid are our other national symbols. My market is both local buyers and sellers but also visitors to the island hoping to invest or acquire a vacation home. Our website will include a blog and lots of info about the islands and living here.

• Some item/icon that can be used as a favicon symbol, the ability to be vertical and horizontal for different applications and work well with the Coldwell Banker Brand.
• I included the Coldwell Brand logos which this logo needs to work with and be complemented by. I would like something that is represents luxury but doesn't take itself too serious. I'm okay with using any font as long as it is easily accessible.
