Brief de Design de T-shirt

Looking for a 1970's shirt design featuring an early 70s orange Chevy Camaro car and the words 'Excelsior' and 'Onward and Upward'. Maybe a sun rays element in the background. This quote is from the book series Raven Cycle and the main character drives this type car. Print area is 12 inches (width) x 16 inches (height), doesn’t need to take up that whole area but that’s what I’m working with. I use direct to garment printing so everything must be at full opacity.
