I ahve the logo in JPG format and now I am looking for a simple and elegant two-sided business card.
Back: APPOINTMENT should be centered on back of card. Underneath and flushed left should be Date:__________
Time: ____________
and then at the bottom of the back in slightly smaller font: Must cancel with at least 24 hours notice or the full-session fee will be charged.
Front of card should have logo displayed.
