Brief de Design de Revue

I need to create an informational magazine for residents that live in an Assisted Living community. This magazine is designed to educate the resident about the different service options and features that the community provides. I don't want to use any of the pictures in the Word Document - please use the uploaded picture instead. The final design should be both informational and elegant. The text in the word document is the actual text that needs to be used in the Resident Guide. Thanks!

• Must be elegant - think Ritz Carlton. Needs to have a lot of pictures and the logo must be used. The logo is the Plaque that says The Mann House.

• The Word doucment is the old Resident Guide - we are looking for a refresh using the same content.
