I did check the pdf document and due to so much information on each page you're not able to give form and flow to design which clearly lacks. You either may need to trim the info down quite a bit or the other option is to add more pages to the brochure booklet. When it comes to designing booklet broch there needs to be consistency in design, layout, and typeface.
