Brief de Design de Logo

I would like a custom logo for my medical device consulting firm. I provide regulatory, quality, and project management consulting for medical device companies including getting their products approved by FDA and ensuring their products are safe and effective.

I would like a simple logo that may or may not include the tagline. My tagline is "On Your Side".

If the logo is based on the initials of the company, I'd like the initials to be an abstract design, not just text. I'm open to pictures and symbols in the logo.

I also would like a design that translates well to monochromatic (black and white, possibly shades of grey).
